As a co-founder of Sense, I’m always excited when we win awards. As head of product, I’m especially proud of our team and its accomplishments, including our latest recognition as “Best Innovative / Emerging Tech Solution” by Lighthouse Research & Advisory's HR Tech Awards for 2022 🎉.
The HR Tech Awards program, in its third year now, has turned into a really special event. It was designed to help HR technology buyers and employers know which solutions are actually helping companies get results – specifically when it comes to hiring, developing, and retaining their talent.
So of course, it is right up our alley!
