Anil Dharni is co-founder and CEO of Sense, the leading AI-powered talent engagement and communication platform. Before founding Sense, Anil was co-founder and COO at Funzio, which was acquired by GREE in 2012. Prior to Funzio, Anil led product and design at the third largest Social Networking company, hi5. He is an international speaker and thought leader known for developing the best candidate engagement tools in recruiting. Dharni holds a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

Pankaj is a staffing industry veteran and the co-founder of Sense, the first talent engagement platform designed specifically for the staffing industry. With over 20 years of running staffing and recruiting technology companies, Pankaj is an expert on candidate experience, recruiter productivity, redeployment, and understanding the day-to-day problems faced by recruiters. Pankaj used this practitioner’s knowledge to create Sense, which can help transform the consultant-care paradigm for staffing companies.
Prior to founding Sense, Pankaj was the CEO of Akraya, President of Aditi Technologies and Aditi Staffing, and completed the Advanced Management Education Program from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He routinely speaks at Industry Conferences on candidate engagement, employer branding and increasing retention.
